Pigment Balancing Peel

The Pigment Balancing Peel is a medical-only treatment targeting uneven skin tone to dramatically improve the uneven appearance of photo damaged , mottled skin after a series of 4-6 treatments. The peel combines high-performance brightening and anti-inflammatory agents with a peeling acid solution to accelerate cell renewal and diminish uneven skin tone.

A course of 4-6 treatments is recommended initially.

Anti-wrinkle injections

At the Picton House Clinic Botulinum Toxin Type A is used in the form of Botox®. This temporarily blocks the impulse from the nerve to the muscle injected in order to prevent them from contracting. This prevents the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines caused by muscle movement. It is primarily injected into 3 areas – the frown, forhead and crow’s feet.

Injections

Polynucleotide injections

Using fragments of DNA derived from salmon these injections bio-stimulate positive changes to the skin. The Polynucleotide solution is injected into the skin, stimulating your fibroblasts to produce more elastin and collagen as well as improving tissue regeneration and restoring tone and elasticity whilst boosting hydration. This is a great treatment for eye bags, fine lines and wrinkles.
The treatment requires 3 sessions 21 days apart initially and then one session every 6 months for maintenance.

Profhilo injections

Often referred to as ‘Injectable moisturiser’ Profhilo when injected into the skin boosts hydration, plumpness and overall glow.Hyaluronic acid is produced naturally in the body, found in connective tissue, skin and eyes. It attracts water and binds it to skin cells keeping skin more supple and deeply hydrated.
The treatment requires 2 sessions 4 weeks apart and 6 monthly maintenance injections thereafter.
